3. Loan and card concerns
For an active provider application or account, the provider shown in the product flow may be the fastest contact. USC can address questions about its marketplace, consents or routing, but does not control a provider’s underwriting or servicing decision.
4. Complaints
Describe what happened, the date, the USC page or flow and the resolution requested. USC should route complaints to the appropriate compliance, product or partner-review queue and preserve the applicable document and consent versions.
