These Terms of Use govern your use of UnitedStatesCredit.com and services that link to them. By using the site, you agree to these terms. USC is intended for people located in the United States who are at least 18 years old.
2. USC services
USC provides financial education, rate and market information, calculators, comparison tools and marketplace services that may help consumers explore products offered by third parties. Bluekeel LLC operates USC but is not a lender, card issuer, bank, credit bureau, debt-settlement company or financial adviser.
Product availability, eligibility, rates and terms are determined by participating providers. USC does not guarantee that a provider will contact you, approve you or offer a particular product.
3. Cost to use USC
USC generally does not charge consumers to read content, use the public tools or submit a marketplace request. USC may receive compensation from advertisers and Marketplace Partners, as explained in the Advertiser Disclosure.
4. Information you provide
You are responsible for providing accurate, current and complete information. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by the Privacy Policy and any product-specific notice presented in the relevant flow.
5. Educational content and calculators
USC content, estimates and calculators are for general informational purposes. They are not individualized legal, tax, investment or financial advice. Calculator results depend on the assumptions and values provided and may not include every fee, tax, rate change or product condition.
6. Third-party providers and links
USC may link or transmit information to third-party providers at your request. Their products, sites and practices are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. USC does not control and is not responsible for a provider’s final decision, product performance or conduct.

The USC name, design, software, content, graphics, data compilations and other materials are owned by Bluekeel LLC or their respective licensors. USC may modify, suspend or discontinue features without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bluekeel LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents and content or service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use USC.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold Bluekeel LLC and its affiliates harmless from claims, liabilities, costs and expenses arising from your misuse of USC, violation of these terms or violation of another person’s rights.
12. Governing law and claims
These terms and the relationship between you and Bluekeel LLC are governed by Illinois law without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The current USC terms provide for appropriate Illinois courts and include a one-year period for bringing claims; counsel should confirm the final dispute language before production.
13. Changes
USC may update these terms by posting a revised version. The active version displays its effective date and document version.
